We are actively seeking Registered Nurses to join our lovely team at Miranda on a Casual/Part-time basis

About the role

As our amazing RN, you will provide holistic care and deliver best practices in person-centred care. You will lead our care team to deliver safe and effective both consumer choice and clinical care to our residents. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring that our consumers receive the care they need with dignity, respect and involving them in all decisions about their health.

What the essential requirements for the role are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
  • Current Registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
  • Excellent clinical knowledge
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience and ability to coordinate services, supervise staff as well as in-charge experience 
  • Ability and willingness to work across all shifts (AM, PM, and night)
  • Three doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Current Influenza Vaccination

  Desirable Criteria:

  • Sensitivity when working in a culturally diverse environment
  • Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
